A roof and gutter replacement project on a Clarendon Hills home, utilizing GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, aluminum gutters and 3x4 downspouts. The project, on a 3,500-square-foot home, had to be completed in a timely manner, as the old roof was leaking.

Whether it’s an old leak that was just discovered or a brand new one following a storm, leaking roofs need to be attended to in a timely manner. The Clarendon Hills homeowner noticed the leak in their roof and wanted the job done fast, so they contacted VIS Exterior, a go-to contractor in the region.

This line of shingles includes the LayerLock technology, as well as the Stainguard Plus algae protection limited warranty.
