Cedar siding installation and windows replacement

Like many of our projects, this one was initiated after the client saw the VIS Exterior crew working on a nearby home and inquired about our services. They said their 2,000-square-foot Oak Brook home, which had cedar siding, needed some repairs. Upon inspection, we noticed the age of the siding and the deterioration of it, therefore we recommended completely replacing it rather than making many, many repairs.

Cedar siding has a long life span, but requires maintenance. Depending on how protected your home is from harsh weather conditions, and if you have the siding properly maintained, it can last up to 40 years.
