This project, involving a 2,500-square-foot home in Naperville, included replacing the siding with Royal Estate 044 in Harvard slate, offering the low-gloss cedar wood grain that is attractive to so many homeowners. The gutters were also replaced.
While hurricanes don’t hit Naperville, the siding we used on the project is built to withstand hurricane-force winds. Royal Estate siding is extremely durable and a great match for many types of homes. Furthermore, it is a low-maintenance product. With so many colors from which to choose, this siding brings the look of real wood but without the maintenance issues. Homeowners can choose from a variety of UV-resistant shades that match any preference, cool to warm or go bold with more eye-catching colors. For this project, we used a slate gray shade at the request of the homeowner. While our client can choose to have the siding painted down the road, it is manufactured so it actually never needs to be painted. It also comes with an industry-leading double lifetime warranty.
Tackling more than just siding, we also installed new gutters and soffits on the 2,500-square-foot home. Many homeowners choose to update various aspects of the home when having the siding installed, as did this client who had us install new windows throughout the house. As usual, we finished this project on time, on budget and completely updated the look of the home.
