This roof offered some challenges, as it was large and was built with a more architecturally bolder design. Keeping with the modern and bold motif, we installed Owens Corning architectural shingles in the driftwood color, which really boosted the curb appeal of the home. We also installed white gutters with 3 in. by 4 in. downspouts.
The homeowner was stunned that we were able to finish the roof with such attention to the finest details and in only 1.5 days. They also conveyed to VIS Exterior that this was one of the most efficient home improvement projects they’ve ever experienced. They commented that VIS Exterior was patient and able to answer all questions.
Val actually provided several options, giving the homeowner the ability to fine tune his preferences for a custom-like approach. This gave the homeowner options in reasonably priced roofing solutions, as well as gutter installation. The project was completed and the homeowners were extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
